They improve Learning Express through their spirit, service, selflessness, marketing, impact and business success.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In short, they are at the top of their game. All of our previous winners have one thing in common: they are both outstanding operators AND team players, always willing to help other stores. So, every year, I look to those store owners who have made a positive impact on our system, are passionate about what they do, and are leaders.
