Patrick and Joanna Holland, owners of Mountain Top Toys, purchased the Chattanooga Learning Express franchise location on August 1 and began a conversion process for their existing store, to be called Mountain Top Toys, a Learning Express store.<\/p>\n<p>The conversion process will take approximately one year to complete, but the couple is already on their way.
