Learning Express of Westfield, NJ featured in “Tap Into Westfield” for their Downtown Rock-Painting Party

Westfield, NJ. The Westfield, NJ Learning Express Toys hosted a Downtown Rock-Painting Party on July 25, 2017, where more than 25 children painted “spirit” rocks to keep or hide in the community.
